You’ve always been able to download a file that includes the names and emails of those who opened or clicked on links within your sent emails, but now, we’ve expanded that feature to also tell you their user types! Now, each export will include an extra column that denotes the ‘user type’ of each individual, to make it easier for you to see which audience groups your messaging has resonated with!
How to find these reports
To view a report on your sent emails, log in to your admin dashboard, and navigate to Engage > Emails > Sent Emails. Locate a sent email that you’d like to dig deeper into, hover over it, and select View Report. Once you’re directed to the email reporting page, you can click on the hyperlinked number associated with either the Opens or Clicks for that email.
Once you do so, a CSV file will automatically download that will include name, email, and user type for all the unique opens, or unique clicks. As always, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@gouconnect.com.
