uConnect partnered with Lightcast to bring real-time Labor Market Data straight into your virtual career center. This module allows users to learn more about potential careers by seeing employment trends, salary data, required skills, core tasks and more for any given occupation.
Users can search through a list of occupation, sourced by Lightcast, by keyword search, or by filtering through cluster and occupation titles provided by O*Net data.
What is the outcome?
This information enables a user to make more informed decisions about their potential career pathway, by allowing them to gain more insight into the context, requirements, and demand for potential occupations within their industry of interest.
