A workflow improvement for our alerts sign-up process

Today, we released an improvement to the signup workflow for your automated alerts feature. If you already have all frequencies of automated alerts enabled, you’re unaffected by this update, nothing to see here!

Previously, visitors could always ‘sign up’ for daily, weekly, or monthly alerts regardless of whether they were activated or deactivated in the dashboard. (Rest assured, no one was ever sent an alert if you had them deactivated, but they could raise their hand to opt-in to them.)

Moving forward, only the alert frequencies you have activated will appear as options within the visitor sign-up process. This update was released in an effort to simplify the visitor workflow and better align with your communication strategy!
