We continued to offer a free trial of our Candid Career integration!

We’re expanded the Block editor to include resources!
This upgrade allows you to format and style your resource greater control and formatting capabilities. With this expansion, you can now use the block editor to manage your blogs, communities, and resources.
If you don’t currently have the block editor enabled (or aren’t sure), and you’d like to enable it, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org! It’s completely free, and included as we work to add continuously evolving value to your virtual career center.
We’ve created the ability to restrict content based on end-user profile attributes!
With this new release, you’re now able to set specific visibility permissions for individual pieces of content, based on SSO authentication, or individual profile settings! Now, you can easily host all your resources – for faculty, students, and more – all within uConnect, without needing to lock your entire site behind authentication. Join us TODAY, 8/31 at 12:30pm Eastern for a live video tutorial of how to use this new feature! We’ve been working on a whole host of behind-the-scenes improvements for you.
It may not seem flashy, but we’ve spent a good majority of August focusing on some behind-the-scenes improvements to prepare for some major releases in the coming weeks! Including (but not limited to) a new data upgrade, improvements to our integrations, expansion of our block editor, and increased embed options for our Labor Market Insights module! Stay tuned for more on these, but rest assured knowing they’re very near the finish line!

We’re updating our integration with Symplicity to enable more granular import capabilities!
We’re expanding the details that we can import through our integration with Symplicity to allow you to more intentionally filter and curate events imported from Symplicity! Soon, you’ll be able to include events tagged by class level. More on this soon!
We’re expanding the Block editor to bring even more flexibility and formatting options to your platform!
We’re upgrading our text editing tools to utilize the highly flexible Block editor technology. This upgrade allows you to format and style your content with much more control and stylistic capability, to improve your editing experience, and to build more visually engaging posts for your students and stakeholders! Right now, you can opt in to start using this upgrade on your blog content, custom pages, and (new this month!) resources. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be working to extend the editor to your communities as well.

We’re building more embed options for our Labor Market Insights module !
With this new version of our Labor Market Insights module, you’ll now have access to an <iframe> code that will allow you to plug your Labor Market Data visualization into any webpage owned by your university. This could have a huge impact on admissions / enrollment, employer engagement, and more!

It’s critical to understand how your stakeholders are engaging with your platform. What do they keep coming back to? What’s getting overlooked? What’s missing from their experience? We’re working on an upgrade to our data infrastructure that would allow for more granular insights into end-user behavior on your platform.
